Lucioli USA Warranty Policy

At Lucioli USA, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products, made with top-grade materials to ensure peak performance. Our products come with a limited warranty that guarantees them against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in construction materials and manufacturing, including the bases of rim locks and valve stems, ensuring the product functions as intended under normal conditions.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

Improper installation

Modifications or alterations to the product

Misuse or excessive wear beyond recommended use

Normal wear and tear

Punctures

Improper installation, such as:

Chopped valve stems or damaged rim lock stems

Punctures caused by excessive movement of the unit inside the tire

These issues will void the warranty.

Warranty Process

For claims within the first 10 days of use, we will offer immediate replacement upon confirmation that the product is being shipped back to us.

For claims after 10 days and within the 90-day warranty period, all replacements are subject to prior inspection.
